Marvel’s Avengers continues to evolve. A few days ago the title received more content and a new character with update 2.5, but Crystal Dynamics is already thinking about the next one and has just excited fans, since it anticipated that it is a new character.
Although the superhero game did not have the desired initial performance, Square Enix is still working on new content and a hint suggests that the next update will include a character with abilities never seen in the title.

This was confirmed by the chief designer of Crystal Dynamics Brian Waggoner. Through Twitter, one of his followers expressed his wishes for War Machine to appear in the game, although he would also like to see completely new characters (War Machine would be based on Iron Man).
Waggoner responded to the player and said he is aware that this is a character that players have asked for a lot. However, he mentioned that although he is a character that he also loves very much, he hinted that there are no plans to add him.
I hear this a lot. Not gonna lie.

Marvel’s Avengers will get a new character
But it wasn’t all bad news, as the developer hinted at the community and mentioned that “the next hero is new.”
All of the additional characters are new in terms of how they look. However, some, although they are new designs, are based on others, such as Jane Foster (Thor) and Kate Bishop (Hawkeye). In this sense, the developer would be referring to a character like Spider-Man or Black Panther as “new”, which present not only a new model, but also a unique combat style and abilities.

This draws attention, as clues suggested that She-Hulk was on her way to Marvel’s Avengers. So apparently, if it’s in development, she won’t be the next superhero to make it to the title.
Another interesting detail is that the developer mentioned that he is excited about what the future will bring for the game and that there are “a lot of heroes to add” and “stories to tell”.
