Free! Sucker Punch is giving away this inFAMOUS: Second Son DLC

Earlier this month, Sucker Punch Productions discussed inFAMOUS, although not to give the news that the fans expected. Although the studio mentioned that at the moment there are no plans to work on the franchise again, it revealed that it was preparing a gift for fans and it is available as of today.

We are talking about a DLC of inFAMOUS: Second Son called Cole’s Legacy. As its name indicates and without going into spoilers, this add-on is based on the actions of Cole McGrath, the protagonist of inFAMOUS and inFAMOUS 2 and precisely explains what happened between the events of this last title and those of inFAMOUS: Second Son.

“Cole MacGrath’s actions in New Marais set in motion a series of events that lead to the occupation of Seattle by the oppressive Department of Unified Protection. Cole’s legacy bridges the story, allowing you to reveal the truth about how it came to be.” the world of inFAMOUS: Second Son“, reads the description of the DLC.

Sucker Punch Productions plans to release more DLC from inFAMOUS: Second Light

As promised by the studio, it will allow all players to enjoy this DLC, which was originally only available as part of the collector’s edition of inFAMOUS: Second Son. You can already find this add-on in the PlayStation Store, you just have to go to this page and add the DLC to your library.

By completing this DLC you will receive Cole McGrath’s jacket. As if that were not enough, Sucker Punch Productions revealed one more surprise, as it announced that it plans to release the DLC suit Fetch’s DUP to all users.

Of course, you must take into account that you will need a copy of the base game inFAMOUS: Second Son to be able to enjoy this DLC, since it is not an individual add-on, like inFAMOUS: First Light.

Additionally, Sucker Punch Productions reported who already made the change of servers inFAMOUS 2 UGC in order to keep them running a little longer, as promised.

Maintenance on inFAMOUS 2 UGC servers has also been completed.
