The Mythic difficulty Infinity Dawn mega-dungeon hides eight bosses, new loot, and dragon customizations. The release of Fracks in Time includes an optional mega-dungeon questline beginning atop Valdrakken’s Throne of Aspects, where the Dawn of Infinity quest can be accepted from Nozdormu, the Aspect of Time. During this adventure, the players will have to stop the Infinite Flight, which continues to work to get Nozdormu to transform into Murozond, and to achieve this they will have the help of Chromie.
With the new update, Evokers will be able to choose a new specialization: Augmentation, which will be discovered through a quest line called Our Destiny. Augment is a DPS specialization, the playstyle of which focuses on empowering allies to increase the damage they deal and using direct damage spells to enhance these beneficial effects. This spec draws on abilities that will be recognizable to evokers, such as essence use, empowered spells, and mobility, but also introduces new tools to manipulate the environment and aid allies.
Time Rifts are a new event focused on timelines, which have become increasingly unstable due to recent events. In this repeatable activity, players must team up to repel waves of minions and bosses in order to seal the anomaly and return things to normal. During Temporary Rifts, artifacts will be collected that can be returned to Soridomi for quests. Completing a Rift also opens up a chance to get a reward based on which timelines have been encountered.
Fractures in Time introduces other novelties such as Margin of the Eon, content where players must redirect time lines; the Hatchling Nursery, a place to raise five baby dragons while learning about Flight, earning pets, achievements and more; the new Kalimdor Cup bonus event; and there are new races that can be warlocks, including night elves, draenei, Lightforged draenei, pandaren, Kul Tiran humans, tauren, Highmountain tauren, Mag’har orcs, and Zandalari trolls. And like every patch, there’s a long list of class tweaks.
