We are already halfway through the first season of Fortnite Chapter 4. In addition to the new missions, skins and items that will arrive in Battle Royale in a matter of days or weeks, there is a fact that has everyone with high expectations: Reality Augments. For now, there is a rumor of three new ones that will arrive in an upcoming update.
The Twitter user identified as wensoing leaked that Fortnite will have three new Reality Augments based on what he was able to find in the Battle Royale files. There is no estimated date for these boosts to go live in the system, but it should be in a matter of days to less than a week.
The new Reality Augments in Fortnite
These increases will exist alongside the 32 that are currently in Fortnite. The three augments coming to the game, along with the perks they offer, are as follows:
- ShotgunRegen: Increases shotgun fire speed.
- Knight Armory: gives you weapons, probably the Shockwave Hammer and Ex-Caliber.
- BlackMarket: gives you special and unknown items from chests like the Splash Medic perk.
Reality Augments are buffs that came with Chapter 4 of Fortnite. Depending on your combat style, you can enhance your tactics and specialize in the ones you like best for better results.
To activate them, players will be presented with the option to choose between two (random) reality augmentations at pre-set times during each match. When you make your decision, the increase will be activated automatically. That is, you will only need to survive long enough until the system offers you the reality augmentations. You can stack more of these boosts by surviving longer in the match.
