Turkish security forces arrested ten people this Wednesday for their alleged relationship with the Islamic State terrorist group, an organization that already claimed responsibility for an attack on a church in Istanbul in January that left one person dead.
The Prosecutor's Office has ordered the arrest of a total of 14 people in the Hasaka region, although four of these suspects are still being sought and captured, according to sources from the security services cited by the 'Daily Sabah' newspaper.
In Turkey, the Islamic State operates under the flag of its Afghan affiliate, the same one that claimed responsibility for the March 22 attack on an auditorium on the outskirts of Moscow in which more than 140 people died. Turkish authorities periodically carry out raids on suspected jihadist cells.
