TeamGroup launches its DDR5-6800 ECC RDIMM memories for Intel Xeon Sapphire Rapids

TeamGroup has announced his new memories 6800MHz DDR5 ECC RDIMMs to work with the new Xeon Sapphire Rapids, taking a leap from the 5,600 MHz of the previous models.

To ensure compatibility with this new platform, the company has worked with ASRock to be able to test the stability of the 16 and 32 GB modules running at these speeds. In addition, they have support for XMP 3.0 technology to be able to function 6800MHz with a single mouse click in the BIOS of the equipment.

Alongside these ECC RDIM DDR5-6800 modules, Team Group has also released 6400 and 6200 MHz models. All of them have been built using 30µ gold pins for better connectivity, plus double ECC error correction and a temperature sensor. which prevents it from overheating during overclocking.

At the moment, the launch date in Spain or its recommended price have not been revealed.
