Recently, Viet Research collaborated with Bao Dau Tu (Vietnam Investment Review) to announce the Top 10 Most Innovative Companies in Vietnam 2024 (FRI10), in which Petrovietnam Gas Corporation (PV GAS) ranked 2nd in the Oil and Gas – Energy category.
In 2023, PV GAS exceeded its production and business goals. The entire gas infrastructure of the Corporation operated safely, efficiently and continuously to maintain a stable supply of gas and the delivery of products for power generation and industry, as well as to lead the national LPG market with a share of 70% market. Also worthy of praise are projects that help ensure national energy security and boost growth. In particular, PV GAS completed the investment, construction and commissioning of the 1 MMTPA Thi Vai LNG Terminal (Vietnam’s first LNG Terminal).

In addition, PV GAS has been recognized with numerous prestigious awards such as: Top 50 of the best listed companies in Vietnam as voted by Forbes (for the 11th consecutive time); Top 6 in the list of top 1000 corporate income tax payers in Vietnam; Top 4 companies with the best revenues and profits in Vietnam; Top of the companies with the highest market capitalization; Top 50 leading companies in the PROFIT500 ranking; Top 50 of the most reputable and efficient public companies in 2023 (VIX50 ranking 2023); ‘BB+’ international credit rating announced by Fitch Ratings; etc

In the Oil and Gas – Energy category of VIE10, there was also the presence of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam) in the 1st position, followed by PV GAS, PTSC, PV Drilling, BSR and PVEP.
