
SSD manufacturers are betting on the new and faster interface, which is increasingly being adopted among new desktop computers, we are talking about PCI Express 5.0. ADATA has added to its catalog the version Pro from his SSD M.2 LEGEND 970 to deliver faster speeds of up to 14000 MB/s available with this interface. In addition, the ADATA LEGEND 970 PRO includes a heatsink of heat of aluminum what includes a fan to significantly reduce the temperature in the unit.
Thanks to this PCIe 5.0 x4 interface, this M.2 SSD is capable of delivering speeds of Reading speeds of 14000 MB/s and writing speeds of up to 11000 MB/s. It has a finned heatsink aluminum and double layerto which a fan is added, capable of reduce the temperature by up to 20% compared to drives that do not have a heatsink, on the other hand, it is not recommended to use these drives without a proper cooler. Fan power is drawn directly from the M.2 slot, without the need to connect extra cables.
It is available in capacities of 1, 2 and 4 TB and the manufacturer offers a 5 year warranty for this unit or 2960 TBW. For the moment the manufacturer has not communicated a price to us recommended sales for the different capacities available.
