Moscow bids farewell to the pro-Russian blogger at a funeral with honors and with the presence of the leader of the Wagner Group

Hundreds of supporters, including Yevgeny Prigozhinthe head of the mercenary team Wagnerhave attended this Saturday the funeral of a pro-Russian military blogger, Vladlen Tatarsky, killed in the cafeteria bombing in Saint Petersburg last Saturday. The blogger’s family informed the TASS agency that “Tatarsky will be buried in the Troyekurovskoye cemetery“, although” the date is not yet known.

Tatarsky, who hailed from the eastern Ukrainian region of Donetskfought alongside the pro-Kremlin separatists and then it became a popular blogger with half a million followers on social media.

Vladlen Tatarsky was Donbas militia volunteer. He is the author of two autobiographical books: ‘The Run and The War’ and a fictional book titled ‘Meditation’. Shortly before the start of the special military operation in Ukraine, Tatarsky left for Donbas, after which he participated in a series of combat operations as a member of the vostok battalionincluding the battle of Mariupol, as a drone operator.
