This increase will be reflected in the sales of the Meta Quest 2 from next August 1.
But not only the Meta Quest 2 will see their price increase, in the press release we see that official accessories for Meta Quest 2 will also see a price increase, without specifying any of them. To alleviate this rise, Meta Quest 2 will include with each set sold at the new price a copy of the popular game “Beat Saber” for free. This popular game costs approximately €29.99 to which you can later add additional paid content to expand its gameplay.
The Meta Quest 2 (and its previous version) have been differentiated from the rest of the virtual reality set mainly in its price. In addition, this set is capable of function autonomously without the need to connect to a PC or a mobile to be able to run your applications or games, although you also have this possibility even wirelessly.
