The responsibility would be given to Jon Favreau, who not only acted on the tape as Happy Hogan, but also took charge of directing and adapting the comics to the big screen. Marvel Studios has released a small documentary on its YouTube channel where it talks about this project.
The tape that really inspired Favreau was Transformers, which already had advanced special effects, especially in the reflection of light and the environment in metallic texture. For this reason, Iron Man exposes his second version of the suit without paint.
They were also helped by the practical effects because the director already had experience in the film Zathura. However, they put most of the responsibility on the special effects department, even the first costume was made on the computer.

What does the future hold for Marvel?
