Exponential Confirming, a Colombian firm with 11 years in the 100% digital invoice negotiation market (factoring), announced an internationalization plan for its model together with its new partners from Agrega Partners.
The latter is a firm that manages assets with a presence in the Dominican Republic, Panama and Miami, which manages an investment fund specialized in the financial and fintech industry. It is made up of a team of professionals specialized in consulting, asset management, investment and company management.
Agrega Partners investment funds are managed with Iniciaan asset manager that seeks to generate impact through sustainable investment funds.
Exponential Confirming will receive capital and knowledge and with the new partners they will contribute to growth to start an internationalization process in northern Latin America.
