Which started with a rumor that pointed out that there will be 225 and 220 W versions of TGP for the RTX 4070 seems to be confirmed afters the leak of a custom RTX 4070 from INNO3D where you can see in the technical specifications that your feed uses a single 8-pin PCIe connector and not the newer 16-pin connector.
It remains to be confirmed whether the choice of this connector or the 16-pin model is due to the existence of two RTX 4070 variants with differentiated TGPs, or simply NVIDIA has left the choice of connectors to the assemblers.
