Costs continue to rise. In the latest freight transport price index report, a rise of 10.22% was evidenced in the costs of this sector compared to July 2022 with the same month of 2021.

On a monthly basis, the monthly variation of the ICTC was 1.66%compared to June 2022. By items, the groups of parts, pieces, maintenance and repair services presented a variation of 1.10%, fuels of 1.21% and supplies 1.33%, which presented variation below of the national average.
On the other hand, the group fixed costs and tolls (2.18%)I present the only variation above the national average.
By cost classes, when comparing July with June 2022, the main positive contributions to the monthly variation were: cost of the vehicle and its leverage (7.58%), fuel (1.21%) and driver(s) and assistant(s) labor (0.41%).

In July 2022, compared to December 2021, the ICTC registered a variation of 7.17%. The input groups presented greater variation with 12.25%.
