Bungie has temporarily closed the servers destiny 2 to fix the issues that appeared after an update implemented on Tuesday that caused players to lose their progress.
The development studio updated the Destiny 2 servers this Tuesday, part of the periodic maintenance that you perform. However, once reset, players encountered various issues, which the company is looking into.
Specifically, the players detected that their Progress on Triumphs, Seals and Catalysts they had disappeared, which led to the temporary closure of the game also this Tuesday, as reported the company on Twitter and it is collected in your forum.
At midnight, Bungie reported testing a patchthat keep checking awaiting its implementation and solution of the problem.
Our research and testing continues. To set expectations, this issue will not be resolved tonight. We are estimating a timeline of 3-4 AM PST tomorrow, January 25, for our fix to get deployed. Timeline subject to change. will be provided once available.
