the NCB left out Aryan Khan and another five for “lack of sufficient evidence.” Aryan Khan had presented his passport in court as per his bail conditions.
On Thursday, he filed an application in the special court, through his lawyers Amit Desai and Rahul Agarwal of Desai Desai Carrimjee and Mulla, requesting the return of his passport, citing the charge sheet which does not name him.
The 24-year-old was arrested by the NCB on October 3 last year, following a raid on a Goa-bound cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai. Aryan Khan spent more than 20 days in prison before the Bombay High Court granted him bail.
