The new gameplay from A Plague Tale: Requiem follows Amicia and Hugo as they make their way through a red ocher quarry filled with soldiers eager to capture them. However, the main couple has a few tools in hand and Amicia, her older sister, does not hesitate to get her hands dirty to eliminate enemies in different ways. Stealth is the best ally, so to break through the brothers prefer to use distractions and shadows, but in case it is necessary the crossbow is always there for a more direct action. Everything is for survival.
A Plague Tale: Requiem follows the journey of Amicia and Hugo, who after fleeing a devastated home travel south to new regions and bustling cities to start anew and control the curse. “But when Hugo’s powers resurface, death and destruction return with a barrage of devouring rats,” reads the game’s synopsis. “Forced to flee again, the brothers target a promised island that may hold the answer to save Hugo.”
