After the launch of its MSI Spatium M570 SSDs with up to 12 GB/s of sequential speed, now it is the turn of the top-of-the-range version MSI Spatium M570 PRO.
This new variant combines a Phison PS5026-E26 controller with PCI Express 5.0 x4 connectivity along with stacked 3D-type NAND Flash memory chips to achieve speeds exceeding 14 GB/s, ranking as MSI’s fastest SSDs and one of the fastest advertised till the date. In fact, together with the TeamGroup T-FORCE Z54A, they are the only ones that have been announced to exceed 14 GB/s.
Thanks to these specifications, which it achieves through its M.2 NVMe 2.0 port, this SSD is aimed at those who seek maximum performance, either on a gaming PC or on a computer for all kinds of tasks where access speed is and writing to the data is key. In the tests that MSI has carried out with CrystalDiskMark, we can see that the MSI Spatium M570 PRO exceeds 14,178 MB/s sequential reading and 12,047 MB/s writing of the same type.
However, to achieve these speeds you have to make sacrifices in the form of space and cooling, so these SSDs come with a large dissipation system made up of a block and a central fan that is reminiscent of a small format graphics card.
We will be able to see live the new MSI Spatium M570 PRO at Computex 2023, the most important technology fair worldwide in which we will be in person.
