Elon Musk has managed to make Tesla become one of the benchmarks in most important electric cars in the world. This time, he plans to do a strategic alliance with FordToyota, Stellantis, Mazda and Subaru.
All this is as a result of the new and strict carbon dioxide (CO₂) emissions standards that will be in force from 2025, since those companies that do not comply with the guidelines will receive fines of large amounts of money.
According to BloombergTesla would be willing to agree to help these traditional car brands, but in exchange for monetary compensation. In this way, it would be able to recover losses in sales from certain countries.

Tesla’s popularity has been increasing considerably in recent years, presenting a wide variety of electric cars that have met the expectations of many users.

However, the alliance will not be free, since it is estimated that Tesla could receive around 1 billion euros with these transactions.
This would become a great way to earn additional income and strengthen its position in the market. Brands like Volkswagen and Renault, which also have big problems with emissions, may add to this, although nothing has been confirmed in this regard.
The truth is that it is not a new strategy for Tesla and it will surely maintain these benefits in the long term with the advancement of its technology in electric cars.
