crucial has thrown out its new line of M.2 NVMe PCI Express 4.0 x4 SSDs, the Crucial P3 Plus. They are available in capacities ranging from 500GB up to 4TB, with two models in the middle with 1TB and 2TB respectively.
This Crucial P3 Plus line sits below the Crucial P5 Plus, also with NVME 1.4 PCIe 4×4 but with higher speeds than the new range and a higher price. Therefore, these P3 Plus seek a balance between performance and price, at least while PCIe 5.0 is not extended.
Its performance is 5,000 MB/s read sequence and 4,200 MB/s type of writing. They are made up of 176-layer Micron 3D NAND Flash memories.
The prices of the 500 GB Crucial P3 Plus start at 78 euros, going to 125 euros for the 1TB model, 232 euros for the 2 TB model and 481 euros for the more capable 4 TB model.
They will be available these days in Spain in more stores. At the moment you can buy the 500 GB version for a little less than recommended price on amazon.
