“A member of our staff performed CPR on a 16-year-old boy after he was shot in the head, but was unable to save him,” Helland-Hansen says.

MSF reports that its aid workers have witnessed “an increase in violence and movement restrictions, including blockades of ambulances” in the West Bank.

“People with life-threatening injuries cannot wait to get to hospitals. Attacks on healthcare workers and disruption of access to healthcare are unacceptable,” they added.
