The second China International Consumer Products Expo (Hainan Expo) kicked off on Monday in Haikou city, south China’s Hainan province.
The exhibition has an area of 100,000 square meters and welcomes more than 2,800 local and international brands. The international exhibition area occupies 80% of the space, with the participation of more than 1,600 brands from 61 countries and regions.
The exhibition will last until July 30.
“The successful holding of the Hainan expo will be an important boost for the continued recovery of consumption,” Chinese Vice Minister of Commerce Wang Shouwen said at the opening ceremony of the expo.
