Zucchetti Spain boosts the growth and profitability of its distributor channel

The software solution maker Zucchetti Spain held this Thursday at the Microsoft headquarters in Madrid, an informative day to show its new product lines and its strategy based on innovation to a large group of professionals from the IT sector, with the aim of continuing to successfully promote its partner channel, which already includes more than 300 nationally certified experts.

During this event, “Zucchetti Spain’s state-of-the-art technology, the solvency and experience of being part of the Zucchetti Group”, one of the leading IT multinationals in the European market, as well as “the close and personalized service provided by Zucchetti’s customer service and support”, as the company explains in a statement.

The conference was attended by Dirk Schwindling, executive vice president of the Zucchetti Group; Paolo Susani, commercial director of the Zucchetti Group; Nadir Azam, director of the International Partners Ecosystem; and, on behalf of Zucchetti Spain, its CEO, Justino Martínez; the director of Canal, Joseba Marcos; the director of the HR Division, Jaime Rodríguez; or the person in charge of new Zucchetti WBO products, Andrés Vázquez, among others.

The event has served to present the Partner Certification Program and the company’s executives have explained that becoming a certified partner “provides the distributor with the maximum added value in all phases of the project, from consulting to development, customer support service and verticalization”.

In addition, it establishes a close and trusting long-term relationship, thus allowing it to have the maximum guarantees of technological and functional evolution and customer loyalty. “For us, the commitment to our partners is very important. Our philosophy is embodied in: we are many, but we are one and we innovate to improve your life,” says Paolo Susani, commercial director of the Zucchetti Group.

Zucchetti Spain has a department dedicated exclusively to the provision of support to the Canal, which also includes a technological platform for training and self-learning, as well as access to a wide community of developers.

Among other aspects, the directors have highlighted the broad functional scope of Zucchetti solutions, with state-of-the-art technology and a “close” service. “We have been pioneers in the development of architecture and advanced technology. It has been in our DNA since we started developing software solutions 40 years ago,” said Justino Martínez, CEO of Zucchetti Spain.
