June 27 (Portaltic/EP) –

ZTE has announced the arrival to the Spanish market of its first ZTE folding smartphone, a youth proposal with a clamshell format, which can be purchased throughout the summer for 599 euros.

The Chinese company has designed the nubia Flip 5G with a young audience in mind, offering features focused on entertainment and content creation without this translating into a high price.

This ‘smartphone’ presents a folding clamshell format, which on the outside shows a 1.43-inch circular screen and on the inside, a 6.9-inch AMOLED main screen, with a 120Hz refresh rate. It integrates double speakers and DTS:X Utra sound system.

ZTE has equipped it with a 4,310mAh battery with a 33W fast charging system and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor, and it has a configuration of 8GB of RAM, expandable up to 20GB of virtual RAM, and an internal storage capacity of 256GB.

The main camera system of this smartphone, located on the outside, features a 50-megapixel main lens with autofocus and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Inside, it has a 16-megapixel camera. Due to its design, nubia Flip 5G allows you to take advantage of both cameras at the same time and take dual shots.

Nubia Flip 5G runs Android 13 (Android T), has 5G connectivity, NFC system for contactless payments and a USB port for charging. It will be available this summer for 599 euros, on the Vodafone and Yoigo operators and on the free market through Amazon and later other channels.
