MADRID 4 Nov. () –
The president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, assured on Monday that the North Korean contingent has been increased to 11,000 troops who would already be on Russian soil, specifically in the Kursk region.
“We have seen an increase in the number of North Koreans, but we do not see an increase in the response of our partners, unfortunately,” Zelensky argued in his usual daily afternoon message.
The Ukrainian president explained that this information is based on the work of the Ukrainian spy services and has warned that they could soon enter into combat with Ukrainian forces.
In any case, Zelensky has highlighted the “success” of the Ukrainian military incursion into the Russian region of Kursk, which represents “a protection zone” and has allowed the capture of more Russian prisoners for future exchanges. “This has greatly helped the liberation of our people who are under Russian captivity,” he highlighted.
