Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelensky said Thursday that Russia’s withdrawal from Snake Island “significantly changes” the paradigm in the Black Sea, and stressed that “step by step” Ukraine will expel Russia from its sea.

On the other hand, Zelenski has described as an “important step” the beginning of the export of electricity from Ukraine to the European Union.
