The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom gives you few useful gear options in its early hours; however, that can change if you know where to look. We say this since it is possible to get the Hylian Shield, one of its best shields, quickly and easily.
It turns out that it is possible to get the Hylian Shield (also known as the Hylian shield), the most iconic shield in the entire franchise. Legend of Zeldain the first hours of Tears of the Kingdom. The first requirement to complete it is to finish the tutorial section and return to Hylian soil after spending a few hours exploring the skies.

Instead, it is enough to go around the perimeter of the castle until you reach the port, which you will identify as clearly being a place designed to receive ships. Once there you will have to avoid a few enemies until you reach a long staircase that has a bracero. Your mission will be to light it by taking advantage of one of the nearby torches and an arrow. This will unlock a chest that includes the Hylian Shield.
It is worth mentioning that the Hylian Shield breaks like other shields of Tears of the Kingdom. So, although it has 90 defense, we recommend you save it for the most important moments and not wear it down with weak opponents.
