It’s been over a year since YouTube Music received support for podcasts, but as is customary by North American companies, the function was only available in the United States. That changes today, because the application has received an update that will allow us to enjoy this functionality worldwide, something that many will appreciate.
Now, when we start the YouTube Music application, we will see an option to select listening to Podcasts, an option that when we select it, will show sections like Listen Kep, Recommended Episodes and Your Shows. In addition, you will also have access to several categories to choose from, so in addition to being able to listen to podcasts natively, you will find them in a fairly organized way, thus being able to combat boredom.
YouTube Music will also provide us with automatic playlistswhich are basically for all the new episodes of the shows that we have previously saved in Episodes for later, while, if we have subscribed to podcasts, they will appear in the library like the rest of the content.
Besides, the playback screen will offer us 10 seconds back and 30 seconds forwardand you will also have access to increase or decrease the speed and even get more details about the podcast we are listening to.
