The notice simply states that users using YouTube ad blockers are not allowed to use the platform.and they are offered to disable the blocker or simply pay for the use of YouTube through Premium, a subscription that, far from improving YouTube, it simply puts previously free features behind a paywall.
A YouTube spokesperson has confirmed to gizmodo that this is so, pointing out that the detection of ad blockers is not something new and that it is something that the owners of other websites regularly use to prevent users from using the site without seeing advertisements, which can be more or less intrusive.
