Mini LED technology in various screen sizes
In the world of televisions we find options for all tastes. A key aspect when choosing whether a television may be a good option is to consider its display technology. In this case, the Xiaomi TV S Mini LED 2025, as its name indicates, has Mini LED technology.
Here the manufacturer promises us sharp and detailed images. In the case of the 55-inch model, we will also have local dimming, and the television will be able to offer deep blacks, as well as intense bright areas.
This particular model has an HDR enhancement algorithm. It is a improvement at the software level which performs a four-per-frame analysis. The result? An automatic adjustment of brightness and darkness to offer a better viewing experience.
The same technology is used to improve contrast and color accuracy with HDR10+. About the color gamut, we have DCI-P3 of 94%. And of course, we must not forget the resolution: 4K (3840 x 2160), which can have a refresh rate of up to 144 Hz.
Xiaomi has also incorporated a frame interpolation technology at the millisecond level that should be able to offer us images no skipping in high speed scenes. An important point is that the television has VRR (Variable Refresh Rate).
Regarding audio, there are stereo speakers with support for Dolby Atmos and MAX Enhanced. We also find HDMI 2.1 ports, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, USB 2.0 and USB 3.0, Ethernet port, optical digital audio output and headphone slot.
At the operating system level, the television arrives with Google TV. It should be noted that it is not the same as a television with Android TV. In an article published by our colleagues at Xataka Android you can see the characteristics and differences of this system.
