Xiaomi expands its AIoT ecosystem with new robot vacuum cleaners with mops and electric scooters

Xiaomi has expanded its ecosystem of AIoT devices (Artificial Intelligence of Things) with products focused on improving the smart experience both at home and abroad, with robot vacuum cleaners with a mop included, Electric Scooters and a new tablet, xiaomi pad 6

The Chinese technology company has unveiled the new members of its intelligent ecosystem at the event Discover Xiaomi 2023which took place this Monday in Milan (Italy).

As it has been doing with its vacuum cleaners, the four models at this event also offer the mop function and smart systems such as Google Assistant or Alexa are compatible for easier control.

The first of them is Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S10+, which promises to offer a precise navigation system, in which it avoids three-dimensional (3D) obstacles -such as carpets- when it is mopping and reduces the risk of getting stuck or colliding.

Its battery has a capacity of 5,200mAh and it has a 4,000Pa suction fan. In addition, it is equipped with a double-pad mop to improve the removal of difficult-to-remove stains.

Xiaomi Root Vacum E12 also It has a fan with a power of 4,000Pa, 2600mAh battery and three levels of adjustment for the distribution of water while mopping. In this case, it has a 400ml container for the powder and 200ml for the water.

Capable of planning an intelligent route to avoid unnecessary energy consumption, it can be easily disassembled for dust evacuation and can be controlled from the application of the technological brand.

Similar functionalities presents Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S12which has three levels of water adjustment so as not to soak the soil, as well as four suction modes for precise suction.

In this case, its battery is 3,200mAh -the 4,000Pa suction fan is maintained- and it has personalized mapping functions to detect specific cleaning areas, in addition to establishing virtual fences and prohibited areas.

Finally, Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X10 offers automatic cleaning of the dirt it has collected during vacuuming and extends its battery to 5,200mAh, so it can be up and running up to 180 minutes without returning to base. This vacuum cleaner also offers 60 cleaning cycles before having to evacuate its deposit.

With a laser navigation system and easy mapping, it supports voice control for a more personalized cleaning depending on the needs of the users, in addition to offering greater precision when establishing the walls on the virtual map.

The latest home equipment presented by Xiaomi this Monday is the air fryer Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer Prowhich has a capacity of 4 liters and a wide temperature range, which goes from 40 to 200 degrees Celsius (ºC) to fry, cook, toast, dehydrate or defrost food.

The fryer, which has a transparent window to control the state of the food and whose activity can be programmed, works with assistants such as Google. Its starting price is 149.99 euros.

XIAOMI ELECTRIC SCOOTER 4 AND 4 LITE

Along with its new line of vacuum cleaners, the manufacturer has presented the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 series, which is made up of the standard electric scooter model and the lightest version for daily use over short distances, Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Lite.

Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 It offers a power of 300W and a maximum speed of 20km/h. Weighing in at 17.3kg, it comes with a 7,650mAh battery, with a 275.4Wh charge and can work on a 16 percent slope.

In case it is fully charged, it promises a range of 35km and a maximum load of 110kg. In addition, it comes with an LED screen that indicates details such as speed, remaining battery or device status and is compatible with Android 4.3 and iOS 9.0 and later versions.

It has a drum brake on the rear wheel, while on the front it has an E-ABS system, which shortens the braking distance and guarantees a safe stop, without losing stability. This is also maintained thanks to the 8.5-inch tires that absorb shock and prevent slipping.

Finally, the brand has released the specifications of its new tablet, Xiaomi Pad 6, a tablet that comes with a metallic finish and mounts a Snapdragon 870 platform.

Likewise, the device, which will reach the European market in three colors –Champagne, Gravity Gray and Mist Blue – works with 2nd generation Xiaomi Smart Pen and Xiaomi Pad 6 Keyboard.

Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S12 can already be purchased at a discount of 269.99 euros due to an Early Bird offer, and from May 28 it can be purchased for 299.99 euros.
