Xbox integrates Nvidia GeForce Now for cloud gaming

July 18 (Portaltic/EP) –

The ‘gaming’ division of Microsoft has announced the integration of GeForce Now to access certain compatible titles in the cloud, with the aim of offering users the opportunity to “play when they want and how they want.”

Until now, players only had the option to access these titles from the streaming platform. Xbox Cloud Gaming, which enables cloud gaming through the Xbox Game Pass subscription, developed by the company itself.

To expand the possibilities offered to users, Microsoft has introduced a new option in the ‘Play in the cloud’ section, which now shows a button that allows you to choose another platform to play in this format.

This is Nvidia GeForce Now, Nvidia’s cloud-based gaming service that lets you play in real time on your laptop, desktop or mobile, and is now available to choose from among the options on Xbox.com’s gaming pages.

The technology company has indicated through its account X (Twitter) which has added this option in order to offer players the option to “play whenever and however they want.” Requires a GeForce Now subscription and compatible Xbox game on PC.
