Xbox Game Pass: an RPG reminiscent of the SNES classics will arrive on the 1st

Do you like RPGs and love the classics of the genre for SNES? If so, we have excellent news for you. It was confirmed this week that a game with these features is coming soon, joining Xbox Game Pass as a day 1 release.

We refer to Chained Echoes, game developed by Matthias Linda and distributed by Deck13. The creative was inspired by some of the best RPGs of the 16-bit era to offer us an epic adventure with a very attractive aesthetic.

The title will come to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC in exchange for $24.99 USD. The good news is that Xbox gamers will be able to enjoy it at no additional cost on Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass.

When will it arrive Chained Echoes to Game Pass and what will it offer?

The RPG will arrive on all platforms on December 8, so in a few weeks we will be able to enjoy it. From that same day, it can be downloaded from Microsoft subscription services and can also be played from the cloud.

The game will take us to the continent of Valandis, where we will have a great adventure to end a war between 3 kingdoms. It will offer turn-based combat with a dynamic pace and a skill system described as complex.

The game will not have random encounters, since at all times we will see the enemies on the screen. The developer promises customization options for the protagonists and an aircraft. It will also offer exploration and battles on top of mechs.

The RPG will last between 30 and 40 hours, so it will satisfy fans of the genre in this regard. As we told you, its graphics are inspired by the SNES classics, while its music is based on classics from the first PlayStation. Below is a trailer:
