Wow! A fan recreates a life-size painting of Super Mario 64

Would you like to have this painting in your home?

If there is a game that is really loved by the most famous plumber in the world, it is Super Mario 64, which offered different worlds in 3D through some paintings. Many years have passed since its premiere and it seems that it is still well remembered by fans, to such an extent that one of them wanted to recreate one of the paintings in real size.

Would you like to have this painting in your home?

As you surely remember, this popular installment of Mario was originally released in 1996 for the Nintendo 64, setting an example of how to make a 3D game and laying the groundwork for virtually everyone that came after it.

Thanks to this, and its tremendous popularity, a fan decided to make a beautiful recreation of the Bob-omb Battlefield painting that allowed you to move to the first level of the game, so we share the process of its creation below.

Here you can see it:

As you can see, this work was done by the talented fan Jamie Jo (on her YouTube channel BananaJamana), who put on Mario’s popular red cap to show all her talent and show her painting step by step.

“I have been very excited to show you this painting of Super Mario 64 of Bob-omb Batterfield that I made based on the one in the game. The original is much more pixelated, so it was a challenge but a lot of fun to do,” said Jamie Jo.
