The National Open State Table of Chile was created by Exempt Resolution No. 499 of May 19, 2023, within the governance framework of the multilateral initiative called Open Government Partnership (OGP). This forum is made up of the Undersecretary General of the Presidency, a representative of the Supreme Court, a representative of the Bicameral Transparency Group of the National Congress, a representative of the Comptroller General of the Republic, two representatives of the Network of Society Organizations Civilian of Open Government, and two representatives of the Academic Network of Open Government.
This Table began to meet formally in May 2023, and was in charge of the co-creation process of the 6th Action Plan, which has been the protagonist in the different discussions that have been held in this area, since it is the first plan that is co-created under the Open State paradigm with a 4-year horizon and is the first to be coordinated by a multi-stakeholder forum in which the three powers of the State and the Comptroller General of the Republic participate.
During this Workshop, it is expected to monitor and follow up on the 11 commitments that make up this 6th Action Plan 2024-2028 in order to receive feedback from the public organizations in charge of specifying each commitment and, in turn, be able to exchange the challenges and opportunities they have had in the process.
Aim
Promote a discussion between specialists and implementers of dialogue and collaboration processes in the Region based on the experience of the case of the implementation of the commitments of the VI National Action Plan of Chile.
