() — A lucky person in Illinois won the $1.28 billion Mega Millions jackpot in Friday night’s drawing, according to the Illinois Lottery.
The $1.28 billion total was the second-largest Mega Millions jackpot in history, with an estimated cash value of $747.2 million, according to the mega millions website.
The winning numbers for Friday night’s drawing were were 13, 36, 45, 57, 67 and the megaball 14according to the lottery website.
Information about the lottery winner or where the winning ticket was sold is not yet available.
The jackpot has increased steadily over the last few weeks as no ticket had matched all six winning numbers, which is tough. The odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 302,575,350.
However, the jackpot was not the only prize on Friday night, as according to the Mega Millions site, 26 tickets matched all five white balls to win the game’s second-tier prize.
“In total, 14,391,740 winning tickets were sold across all nine prize tiers in the drawing on July 29, including the single jackpot-winning ticket,” according to the press release.
The next drawing is Tuesday at 11:00 pm ET, according to the lottery’s website.
Jackpots start at $20 million and grow based on sales and interest rates.
