Why Dian closed the Doña Segunda picketyard and 18 other establishments

In an operation that was carried out in the towns of Bosa, Mártires, Barrios Unidos, Kennedy, Cedritos and at the El Dorado International Airport, Dian closed 19 commercial establishments in Bogotá, related to non-compliance with current tax regulations.

“With these actions, the tax administration continues the work of raising awareness in the commerce sector about the duty to invoice electronically and to comply with all legal provisions to avoid economic sanctions or that lead to the closure of the establishment,” the entity reported in a statement.
