WhatsApp will introduce the 'Newsletter' tool in the States tab

WhatsApp is working on the design of a new interface in which it will integrate, on the one hand, the States tab –already existing on the platform– and, on the other, the new option for bulletins or ‘newsletters’, which it is currently developing.

In recent months, the company has been incorporating new tools focused on improving the organization and transmission of content, a job that It has materialized in functionalities such as Communities.

The newest is the ‘Newsletter’, a feature on which it continues to work and that WABetaInfo has noticed in the latest update of the beta version of Android 2.23.5.3. It is a function focused on the transmission of information from one to many users. so they can receive updates of people and groups of interest.

This feature will be integrated into the States tab, currently available in this Meta service, where you can share images and videos that have a 24-hour expiration.

As verified by this portal in the version WhatsApp beta for Android 2.23.5.8this screen will include, at the top, a Status window and, below, another dedicated to bulletins.

Once the screen is split, the states of the contacts will be arranged in a horizontal format and not vertical, as they currently appear. In the Newsletters section, on the other hand, a button will be included to search for bulletins of interest.
