How does this update work?
To test this feature, you must follow the following procedure:
- Open WhatsApp and select “News” in the lower left corner.
- In the “My status” section, select the pen.
- Press and hold the microphone like when you send a voice note via chat.
The feature is currently available to some users with the latest version of WhatsApp. If you still don’t see this tool, you need to update the app in your smartphone’s app store.
