What will we see at CES 2023?
According to the CTA, there will be a variety of themes at this year’s event, ranging from mobility to hot technologies in 2022, such as Web3. The main ones we will see this year are:
Transport and Mobility
The automotive area will be bigger than ever at CES 2023, with close to 300 exhibitors in a packed ‘West Hall’. The exhibitions will cover almost 25% more space than in 2022, presenting the latest in autonomous driving technology, electric vehicles and personal mobility devices.
digital health
Companies like Abbott, LOTTE Healthcare, MedWand Solutions, and Omron Healthcare contribute to a larger and more diverse category of digital health. Attendees will discover tools and technologies reducing costs, improving health equity and saving lives as patients look for ways to empower themselves and take control of their care and well-being.
Web3/Metaverse
CES 2023 will have a new category: Web3, one of the hottest trends in internet usage and where activations from the video game brand SK and many others will be featured, with a focus on how associated technologies – including those for the metaverse and cryptocurrencies – can revolutionize the way we live, work and play in an immersive, inclusive and distributed virtual universe.
Sustainability
Sustainability will be the focus of hundreds of exhibitors at CES. Global brands like John Deere and startups will demonstrate how technological innovation can conserve energy and increase power generation, address food shortages and create more sustainable agricultural systems, improve resilience and recovery in natural disasters, drive smart cities, support access to clean water and more.
Human Security for All
In partnership with the World Academy of Art and Science, CES will highlight how technology helps people address the world’s most pressing problems. Supporting United Nations efforts to promote Human Security for All will be a theme throughout the event, from the conference schedule to keynotes highlighting innovation and products that improve people’s lives in all the world.
smart home
Another of the verticals in which brands and companies are placing greater weight is on home technology, which has grown in recent years and where companies such as LG or Sony have indicated that they have new products on the scene.
