Despite the fact that there will be no E3 again, the development and publishing companies are managing on their own to offer updates on their projects. Some will join the Summer Game Fest 2023 and other events that will serve as a window to present their surprises, but there are others that will do it alone, such as Grasshopper Manufacture.

The Japanese studio led by Gochi Suda, better known as Suda51, is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year and for fans to join the celebration, it has prepared a surprise announcement, which is already generating anticipation.

Through his Twitter account, the creative shared a link to a website that unfortunately at the time of writing the note does not reveal much, but suggests that it will be the place where the next title from his studio will be presented.

On the page stands out a bright yellow color that shows with a contrasting pink color the message “something is going to happen”. And apparently whatever is going to happen is going to happen next Wednesday, June 14 at 9:00 PM (Mexico City time), according to the countdown that is included in the official site.

What new game will Grasshopper Manufacture show?

It is difficult to anticipate which game the Japanese developer will announce, since, although Suda51 did not rule out that No More Heroes come back with a new installment, it is very possible your next project is not related to this IP.

We say this because a few months ago the developer revealed that the studio’s plan is to launch 3 new IPs in the next 10 years.

In case you missed it: Suda51 prepares a horror game with his colleague Hidetaka “Swery65” Suehiro.

Although it is important to mention that in this number of games and period of time it does not contemplate remakes or remasterings, so it could well be another project apart from the new IPs.
