The complainants use artistic names on their social networks. They call themselves Carlitos from Spain and Madame in Spain, the latter has also used the name of madame pearl to perform “transvestite and musical shows”, as explained by his defense in the complaint filed.

These content creators call themselves ‘marifachas’. They use this artistic name, as they point out, to “ridicule all” the “attacks” of the left. To influence this position and coinciding with LGTBI Pride day, they have just released a video clip in which they participate together with Isaac Parejo, known as InfoVlogger, a streamer which has a large community of followers, more than 339,000 subscribers on YouTube.

When de la Cierva attacked and insulted the two complainants, InfoVlogger was one of the youtubers with greater impact than came to his defense.
