K-pop girl group VIVIZ has successfully concluded their first world tour, titled “V.hind: Love and Tears.” The news was confirmed this Sunday by his representation agency, Big Planet Made Entertainment. The tour, which began in Seoul in early June, took the VIVIZ members to perform in 27 cities across six countries over a four-month period. The girls managed to sell out every event and capture the hearts of their fans internationally.
The band held the last two concerts in Japan, with performances in Yokohama on Thursday and Osaka on Saturday. In this way they marked the closing of a tour that has been an important milestone in the careers of the three artists. The former members of GFRIEND, now a powerful trio under the name VIVIZ, have once again demonstrated their skill and professionalism while conquering new territories in the K-pop scene.
After their last concert in Osaka, Eunha, SinB and Umji shared their thoughts and emotions after the end of the tour. The girls expressed that this was both a challenge and an opportunity to connect more intimately with their fans.
“We still vividly remember the excitement and nerves we felt while preparing for the tour,” the members confessed. “We feel amazed and satisfied to have come this far, and very grateful to our fans who waited for us and received us with so much enthusiasm and affection.”
In addition to their gratitude to the followers, they also expressed a few words of gratitude to the staff of their agency, who worked side by side with them throughout the journey. The tour was a resounding success, not only in terms of performance and musicality but also because it made it clear that VIVIZ is one of the bands with the greatest projection in the current K-pop industry.
During the tour, the young artists decided not to take a creative break. Although the four months of performances were intense, the trio revealed that they have also been working on a new album, which is expected to be released before the end of the year. “We are very excited about what is coming and we can’t wait to share this new music with all of you very soon,” they told their followers during the last concert in Osaka.
This announcement has sparked great excitement among fans, who are already eager to hear the group’s next project.
Although VIVIZ has managed to establish itself with great dedication and effort as a successful band within the industry, they have not left behind the legacy of their former group, GFRIEND.
In fact, in exciting news for K-pop fans, GFRIEND, who disbanded in 2021, announced earlier this week that they will reunite to release an album again as a sextet in January next year. This release was intended to commemorate the 10th anniversary of their debut with the aim of offering fans a new opportunity to see all the members together again.
This announcement has been received with enthusiasm not only from fans, but from the entire industry, due to the iconicity of the group.
VIVIZ is made up of three young former members of GFRIEND: Eunha, SinB and Umji, who decided to continue their musical career under a new identity after the dissolution of the original group. Under the direction of BPM Entertainmentthey released their first mini album titled Beam of Prism in February 2022. The lead single, “BOP BOP!”, was an immediate hit and cemented their reputation as a rising girl group.
The group’s name, VIVIZ, is a combination of the words “Vivid DayZ”, which represents their desire to convey beauty and liveliness through their music. Since their debut, the group has maintained an upbeat aesthetic, with a sound that mixes bright pop with electronic elements.
Despite being a relatively new band, VIVIZ has quickly caught the attention of K-pop fans. In addition to their musical releases, the girls participated in the competition program Queendom 2which allowed them to gain visibility and demonstrate their ability to compete with other renowned girl groups.
