( ) — Café Tacvba, Austin TV, Caligaris, Carla Morrison, Alemán and Miranda!, made the roots of Vive Latino feel in the hearts of the attendees this Saturday.
Hoping that the weather would be favourable, Los Estrambóticos gave it their all on stage so that the best dance steps will help the audience forget the rain and fill the atmosphere with nostalgia.
Sen Senra, on the Claro Música stage, overflowed with his repertoire and won over his audience with various interpretations of the musician.

Later, on that same stage, Daniela Spalla he would fill it up to perform the new songs from his latest production, including “Flores”. The Argentine artist recently told that she would arrive charged with energy at Vive Latino after several months of not playing. And she closed her presentation with one of her greatest hits “You get further away from me”.
Special mention for Lila Downs and her cumbia on stage, which also gave way to raise her voice against the disappeared in Mexico. Together with Rubén Albarrán, from Café Tacvba, she performed “Perro negro”, a song that was censored for six years in a state of Mexico.

With purple smoke on the stage of Momentos Indio the saxophonist María Elena Ríos, victim of an acid attack, appeared along with the singers Denise Gutiérrez, Ceci Bastidas, Jessy Bulbo. They performed “Pobre de ti”, a classic by the group Tijuana No.
Circa Waves came to the Vive Latino Tent from Liverpool, United Kingdom with their indie rock. Meanwhile, at the festival site, families and groups of friends enjoyed Lucha Libre and various stands with conferences and rock groups.
Caligaris performed his greatest hits with a circus setting. The Argentine group began with “Todos locos” and made the Foro Sol vibrate. Thus, they celebrated their 25-year career with chocolate cake, a glass of “Añejo W” and with the morning choir.

The Indian stage was the house of Café Tacvba, an old acquaintance of the festival. Among the attendees there was surprise when they heard the chords of songs like “El ciclón”, “La muerte chiquita”, “Futuro”, “El espacio” and “Ojalá que llueva café”, which closed their repertoire.
On the Claro Música stage, Carla Morrison filled the venue and made it vibrate with her performance that included Ed Maverick and Ximena Sariñana as guests.
Meanwhile, in the intolerant tent, the Argentine punk rock band 2 Minutos celebrated 35 years of career. They played “Suicidal Love” and remembered the victims of the Malvinas War.

The return of Austin TV was loaded with nostalgia, classic themes and new songs that were widely applauded.
Miranda! and Alemán were in charge of closing the night. The Mexican rapper invited Ximena Sariñana and the Santa Fe Klan, while the Argentine duo made the night vibrate with their greatest hits.
