Video game launch: the most important titles that will arrive during October 2022

Looking for new games for your console? It doesn’t matter if you have a PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PC or Nintendo Switch, there are video game for all tastes and consoles scheduled the last third of 2022.

Perhaps the most anticipated game of October is Overwatch 2. After many delays, several lawsuits for alleged sexual harassment and the purchase of Microsoft, Blizzard will launch its shooter on the market on October 4 for all consoles.

Unlike the previous title, on this occasion, the development company listened to the community and will launch Overwatch 2 under the free-to-play model. Let’s remember that the prequel was paid and had online micropayments, for which Ativison was highly criticized.

Another of the expected titles of the year is Nier Automata for Nintendo Switch. Three years after the original release on PS4 and PC, gamers on the Japanese console will finally be able to enjoy PlatinumGames’ RPG.

But the title that takes all the expectations of the console community is Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II. The sale has been scheduled for October 28 simultaneously for all consoles.
