One of the aircraft’s engines failed after a bird hit.
A Boeing 737 plane caught fire after taking off from Queenstown airport (New Zealand) due to a bird impact on one of its engines.
A video recorded by a witness shows the aircraft with flames coming out of one of the engines, while it is inform that city residents heard some explosions. The plane headed to Invercargill to make an emergency landing.
