VAT refund 2024: link to consult extraordinary payment for uncollected cycles

After a few months of pause, the VAT Refund program returns in 2024. The strategy will resume payments soon, starting with the uncollected cycles of 2023.

According to the calculations of Social ProsperityIn total, there will be 594,785 households that will benefit from the extraordinary payment.

These are families that had scheduled transfers in cycles 4, 5 and 6 of 2023, did not collect said transfers from last year or do not present causes or conditions of ineligibility or withdrawal.

For each cycle, VAT Refund will pay $90 thousand. That is, if the family did not collect three consecutive transfers, they will receive $270 thousand.

For this program, “Social Prosperity will invest more than $135 billion pesos for these payments,” the entity said.

In addition, he clarified that the amount of the transfer is the same for all participants, “without distinction” of their geographical location or household composition.

The extraordinary payment for the uncollected 2023 cycles will be made starting in the last week of June, according to the official schedule.

Those with pending VAT Refund payments will be notified by text message to the cell phone number they have registered in the program databases. This way, they will know if they can claim the transfer on the indicated dates.

Once they are notified, they must go to a SuperGIROS point with their citizenship card, where they will corroborate the data and give them the corresponding money.
