Variant cover for Ninja Turtles-Naruto crossover revealed

IDW Publishing has revealed the variant cover for issue #1 of the highly anticipated crossover comic series between Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (also known as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) and Narutoin collaboration with Viz Media. The illustration for this variant cover, which has been revealed exclusively by ANN, has been created by the talented artist Kim Jacinto.

This crossover will premiere on November 13th and is planned to run for a total of four issues. So far, it has generated great expectations among fans of both franchises. Particularly the variant cover designed by Jacinto is one of the most anticipated, given that it will be a special edition in a 1:50 ratio, meaning that retailers will receive one copy of this cover for every 50 copies of the inaugural issue they order. This strategy promises to make the cover a coveted collector’s item.

The team behind the comic is made up of leading industry professionals. Caleb Goellner, known for his work on Sonic the Hedgehogis the writer of this new work. His experience in exciting, adrenaline-filled narratives and his ability to mix humor and action are expected to mark the success of this series.

Hendry Prasetya, famous for his work in Mighty Morphin Power Rangerswill be in charge of the drawing. Widely praised for his ability to capture the dynamics and energy of characters in his illustrations, this professional illustrator promises to deliver a visually stunning experience.

The crossover comic is described as an epic ninja showdown, the most exciting that fans could have ever imagined. The story begins when teenage reporter April O’Neil has a secret meeting with Tsunade, the leader of the Hidden Leaf Village. This encounter attracts the attention of the main characters of Naruto (Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura and Kakashi).

However, the meeting also sparks the interest of the Foot Clan, who believe April holds vital information about the mutation research being led by scientist Baxter Stockman. With the young reporter caught between the forces of the Hidden Leaf Village and the Foot Clan, the Turtles are quick to step in to help her.
