For example, we can see the first teaser for Harbor, the shooter’s new agent who has the ability to control water. Of course, photos of the character had been leaked, showing off one of the most requested abilities in the game: a wall that cannot be pierced by bullets.
“Native to the shores of India, this new controlling agent commands a mix of tides and torrents to shield allies and pummel opponents,” the teaser description reads.

As we can see in the first official trailer, Harbor is on a mission to steal a bracelet that grants powers. Whether this artifact is related to the radianite that fell to Earth has not yet been explained.
Just when he was going to take it out of the hand that was in the center of the room, the place is filled with water and the bracelet is attached to it. In this form, he gets the first power from him: a wall of water that repels bullets.
In the end, Harbor apparently joins the VALORANT team, as he joins Brimstone and his team on other missions. The character will be a part of ‘Dimensione’ (episode 5).
