The United States Department of State announced this Wednesday sanctions against four entities that contribute to the development of long-range missiles in Pakistan, including the state Defense agency that oversees the program.
Specifically, Washington has sanctioned the National Development Complex (NDC), based in Islamabad, for acquiring material for the development of the Asian country’s long-range ballistic missile program, including the Saheen series projectiles.
Similarly, Akhtar and Sons Private Limited, Affiliates International and Rockside Enterprise, all based in Karachi, have been blacklisted for working alongside NDC in supplying a wide range of equipment for the programme. of Pakistani ballistic missiles.
